The Great Firewall of China seems to be playing hide and seek. Last night I could again visit blogger.com (but not YouTube). Then while in an attempt to actually write a new post, access was denied again. Today the domain is once again accessible, at least for now.
I wonder what is going on at the Ministry of Information, or are China's security officials trapped in a complicated software upgrade process?
