Authentic Shaxian style snacks

Zeng Cuo An village has a lot of small eateries, each with a good choice of local dishes. It's always a challenge to navigate the menu of these places, offering only a long list of Chinese text, without pictures to help you choose.
With the help of Xiao An, I annotated this photo of one such menu with the pinyin and English translation of every item. Hover over a the text to see the translation.

It would be nice (but a lot of work) to collect menus of all the restaurants in the village and annotate each of them in a similar way. Presented on a website, including links to photos of the actual dishes, would make a great directory of Zeng Cuo An snack food. I could even allow people to comment, or add a rating system per dish, thus creating a crowd sourced guide to Zeng Cuo An snacking.
